With more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment and development in Norway, I’ve now made Marbella my home – helping clients and investors find the right opportunities on the Costa del Sol.
Through my company 63ºNO, I focus on property deals, buyer advisory, and investor partnerships – combining Scandinavian integrity with local insight.

My story
I’ve been involved in more than 1,000 property transactions – as an agent, buyer, and investor – over the past 25 years.
My experience spans from leadership roles in real estate agencies in Trondheim to running my own investment companies and development projects.
From 2019 to 2023, I co-founded and scaled MySpot Living, building a portfolio from zero to NOK 150 million in property value within just three years. Our main focus was trading new apartments and improving them for resale, combined with long-term rentals.
I’m also the author of the Utleieguiden book series on property investing, and co-founder of Eiendomshjørnet, one of Norway’s largest communities for real estate investors, which we built over several years before selling to Investornytt in 2025.
Today, I help international investors navigate the Marbella property market with clarity and confidence. My role is to connect clients with the right opportunities – whether new developments, second-hand properties, or bespoke investment projects – while leveraging my local network of trusted partners.
I also invest personally in selected projects, ensuring my interests are always aligned with those of my clients.
My goal is simple: protect capital, find the right deals, and create profitable outcomes in one of Europe’s most dynamic real estate markets.
